We are seeking an Finance Executive - Shared services (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial reviews and validations in line with company policies and procedures
- Identify discrepancies such as policy violations, duplicate claims, and data inconsistencies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Adapt to volume fluctuations, new systems, and process changes with ease
- Maintain high performance and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on policy or workflow gaps

**Requirements**:
**Experience & Functional Knowledge**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
- Prior experience in a finance shared service centre is preferred

**Review & Compliance Skills**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documentation
- Ability to detect errors, inconsistencies, and policy violations
- Solid understanding of internal controls and audit compliance standards

**Soft Skills & Competencies**:

- Adaptability: Handles shifting priorities and tool changes efficiently
- Learning Agility: Quick to grasp new systems and processes

**Language & Culture Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required due to system and documentation requirements
- Proficient in English for verbal and written communication
- Comfortable collaborating with international teams and stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
