**Job Title: Account Executive**
**Location: Georgetown, Penang**
**Working days: Monday - Friday**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis for internal review
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts and supporting schedules
- Monitor cash flow, assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate SST filing, audit, and tax-related matters with external parties
- Review staff claims, vendor invoices, and payment vouchers
- Liaise with the billing team to reconcile patient collections and revenue
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for accounting records
- Support system implementation or upgrades involving finance modules
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full set of accounts
- Experience with Origin HIS or SAP is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in the medical, healthcare, or hospital industry is preferred
- Familiar with SST, Malaysian accounting standards, and audit processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, deadline-driven, and a team player
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
