Lapasar Sdn Bhd is a rapidly expanding company in the FMCG sector, serving over 10,000 Mom & Pop stores and restaurants. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven approach to manage and grow our client relationships and drive sales.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance, provide regular updates, prepare reports
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Must be able to travel outstation to meet clients for strong rapport

**Qualifications**:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

**Experience**:
3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

**Skills**:

- Proven ability to manage client accounts and drive sales growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing and growing client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
