*VACANCY: ACCOUNTANT CLINIC
- FEMALE

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- KNOWLEDGE IN E-INVOICE
- Handle full set of accounts, including monthly and year-end closing processes.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and process receipts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP): verify invoices, process payments, and maintain supplier records.
- To make sure all the monthly bill utilities payment made before due date
- Prepare annual financial and management accounting reports.
- Assist and liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Responsible in payroll and contributions (epf, perkeso, pcb etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts.

SKILLS:

- Proficient in accounting software (AUTOCOUNT) and payroll system (SWINGVY).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

EXPECTED START DATE : 9 JUNE 2025
