Responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure the Company has qualified resources to achieve business growth objectives.
- Being point of contact between hiring personnel, stakeholders, employees.
- Handling Employment passes, visas, and work permits for Expatriate.
- Responsible for HR activities, such as preparation of payroll, employment contract, staff welfare, employment formalities, training, etc.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day administrative operations.
- Monitor and ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered by all employees.
- Provide advice and counselling in all disciplinary issues and ensure that actions taken by the Company are in conformity with the labour laws and Company's rules and regulations.
- Prepare HR letters or memo to the employees.
- Prepare a HR reports required by the management from time to time.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies such as LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, Zakat, etc. on related issues.
- Organize, manage and maintain proper filing and retrieval system for all documents.
- Undertake HR ad hoc assignments or duties will be assigned to you from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 3 years of working experience in handling recruitment and payroll.
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office and various HR software programs.
- Well versed in local legislation and regulations i.e., Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
- A self-motivated individual and work under minimum supervision.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
