**Relevant Experience & Years of Service**
- At least 3 years working experience in Leasing, Business Development, Tenancy Management or similar.
- Knowledgeable in legal terms and leasing administration skills.

**Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies**
- Language Proficiency - Good English and Malay
- Writing & Communication Skill - Good in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
