**Job Responsibility**:

- Ensures operational procedures are followed for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of stock and keeping warehouse inventory current and make recommendations for improvements to procedures.
- Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Review process models and oversee acceptance into system.
- Ensure the warehouse strictly adheres to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management to minimize product expiration and waste.
- Implement measures to reduce goods damage, loss and missing items during handling and storage. Investigate and resolve any incidents promptly. Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations.
- To ensure Warehouse KRA/KPIs align to the strategy and objectives, outcome to achieve with measurable data.
- Achieves financial objectives by supporting the preparation of an annual budget.
- Managing the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Identification of issues that my affect sales, warehouse or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems
- Responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation
- Work closely with cross departmental manager to determine the maintenance and the growths of the network.
- Overseeing the teams work and ensure they complete all assigned task in a timely manner or to the highest standard.
- Keep warehouse neat and well organized.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, fast learner and deadline oriented.
- Good problem-solving skill and able to work independently.
- Strong leadership, organizational, presentation and project management skills.
- Proficiency and practical use of WMS System

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
