Creative & Content Lead - Brand Marketing

SOCAR aims to change the way people in South East Asia moves around by becoming the biggest car-sharing platform in South East Asia. We are currently the biggest player in Malaysia and aim to scale out our product offering across more verticals and geographies.

**What will you be engaged in?**
As our new Content and Creative Lead, you will be able to manage your time effectively to meet the demands of multiple projects. You understand the difference between a creative idea and tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) and are proficient at conceptualizing both.
You are capable of strategizing brand campaigns and content that achieve objectives such as increasing brand love and trust, raising awareness, increasing brand education, and understanding, nudging our brands into the hearts and minds of our audience.
You will ideate branded content across all Brand Channels and Platforms (Social Media, Website, Blog, Partner Media, EDM, OOH) and additional requests that come in from other departments (i.e. HR, Business, CS/CX, Tech,Ops, Legal).
Review and brand check, all internal and external communications to ensure they follow brand guidelines - copy tone of voice, visuals, logos, colours, and typography.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing, branding, copywriting, advertising strategy, account management or related field with at least 2 years experience as a Creative Manager (group head level to creative director level)
- Strong understanding of ideas versus tactics
- Strong collaborator
- Copywriting background preferred
- Experience in developing creative strategy
- Give decisive feedback and revisions on work shared by the performance marketing teams.
- Takes ownership, leads and manages/directs initiatives and successfully executes through all stages of brand campaigns.
- Lead in brainstorming strategic content and brand campaigns.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- A strong and diverse portfolio of brand work - these can be brand campaigns, marketing strategies, and advertising campaigns where you had a lead role in creative direction and brand strategy.
- Able to collaborate with diverse teams of internal stakeholders.
