Housekeeping Attendant

**About the role**

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Ormond Hotel Sandakan. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's guest rooms and public areas. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

**What you'll be doing**
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all surfaces, bathrooms, and amenities are spotless and taking care the cleanliness of the hotel vicinity
- Restock and organize supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Identify and report any maintenance issues to the relevant teams
- Assist with deep cleaning and turn-over of rooms as needed
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
