**Salary**: Up to RM3500.00

Employment Status: 1 year contract

▪ Follow up with dealers daily on all pending CR/OP matters.

▪ Assist and provide training to new dealers or admin staff on the submission process.

▪ Support business dealers with post-sales service issues through backend coordination (e.g., bill disputes, IR activation, SIM replacement, unbarring requests, bill printing, OST checking, account restructuring, company information updates, handset delivery issues, etc.).

▪ Assist Biz dealer admin support with easy reference to operational SOPs to streamline the submission process and reduce rejections.

▪ Provide assistance to dealers and direct sales in checking account or line information while working offsite.

▪ Assist in the new dealer recruitment process, including guidance on onboarding documentation and materials.

▪ Follow up with dealers for administrative documents required by HQ.

▪ Support CM/HOS by tracking lead statuses from dealers and providing weekly updates.

▪ Escalate complaint cases to the relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up.

▪ Assist the sales team in preparation for roadshows.

▪ Coordinate with HQ to compile and distribute POSM materials.

▪ Participate and provide support during marketing events as required.

▪ Travel outstation when necessary.

▪ Support HOS with daily CROP activities, submission tracking, and GA figure updates.

**Job Requirements**

▪ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

▪ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

▪ 1-2 years of experience in sales support, business operations, or telecommunications.

▪ Good understanding of sales operations and post-sales support processes.

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with internal/ external teams.

▪ Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

▪ Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office.

▪ Problem-solving attitude with the ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.

▪ Willing to travel for dealer visits, roadshows, or marketing events as required.

▪ Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented mindset.

▪ Fast learner with a collaborative working style.

▪ Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
