Human Resource Manager

**Responsibilities Administration/General ** Responsible for maintaining, guiding, implementing, and managing the overall organization’s provision of human resources services, policies, and programs in order to maximize the quantity and quality of company talent. Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes including recruitment & selection, Compensation & Benefits, training & development, employee relations. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor law, regulations, and statutory requirements. Responsible for employees’ grievances management. Develop, implement and review HR Policies & procedures, employee handbook, and communication with staff on the company policy and on the Industrial Relation. Responsible for foreign worker permit renewal
- Preparing employment contract **Compensation & Benefits ** Responsible for monthly payroll. Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises. Responsible for monthly government statutory payment. Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention. **Employee Engagement ** Create and maintain harmonious employer-employee relationships through effective employee relations strategies. Maintaining staff attendance and tardiness. Monitor overall performance status of employees monthly and establish development plans for employees. Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and government laws and regulations. Responsible for minimizing risk.
**Training & Development**- Establish an in-house employee training system including training needs analysis/assessment, new employee onboarding orientation, management development, operation cross-training.

**Requirements**:
- Able to work independently and has a minimum qualification of at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Managerial role and payroll.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
- Good flexibility and independence.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good knowledge of various employment laws, Industrial relations, and practices.
- Organizational management skills
- Ability to lead and develop team members
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
