**Human Resource (Recruitment) Executive /**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and conduct the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Organize and attend job fairs, career expos, and other talent attraction events.
- Collaborate with universities and training providers for internship and graduate hiring programs.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn or other platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online job portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

**Industrial Relations (IR) Executive / Officer**

**Job Summary**:
Handles employee relations and ensures the organization maintains compliance with labor laws and internal policies while fostering a harmonious work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling employee disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, domestic inquiries, and grievance procedures.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and collective agreements.
- Liaise with government bodies (e.g., Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, IR Department) and unions when needed.
- Provide advisory to management on employee issues, warnings, and terminations.
- Maintain proper documentation of disciplinary cases and IR-related correspondence.
- Support in negotiating and maintaining collective agreements, if applicable.
- Monitor labor law updates and provide internal briefings or training.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (e.g., Employment Act, IR Act, Trade Unions Act).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
