**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive **Accounts and Administrative Executive** to support our daily operations. This role will primarily handle general **administrative duties** and **submission tasks**, while also assisting the **finance team with basic accounting work**. Suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with some experience, as training will be provided.
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Handle general office administration and document submissions to relevant authorities or departments.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for administrative and accounting records.
- Manage office supplies and ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Liaise with external parties (e.g., vendors, service providers, government agencies) on company matters.
**Accounting Assistance**:
- Assist in data entry for invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts into the accounting system.
- Help prepare simple reports such as petty cash summaries and expense tracking.
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes by organizing documents and performing follow-ups.
- Help with monthly account closing tasks under the supervision of the finance team.
- Perform bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks with guidance.
**Requirements**:
- **Diploma or Degree** in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply** - training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Willingness to learn and support both administrative and accounting tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
**Added Advantages**:
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
