Implement quality inspection, process audit and other assigned jobs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement quality inspection for product both in-process unit and finished goods;
- Conduct process audit for production line or other required area.
- To direct any discrepancies or any queries encountered during inspection to appropriate personnel.
- To verified parts with drawing specification and requirements before packing.
- Assist Quality Engineer or Technical Specialist follow up corrective actions as well as rework status.
- Implement and follow up changed official documentation status.
- Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to read and understand quality specification, engineering document such as OMS/working instruction and etc.
- Can perform quality inspection based on the requirement.
- Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.
- Skills of electronic product assembly inspection, and function test if necessary.
- Skills of electronic product manufacturing process and process audit, 5S etc.
- Basic understanding on IPC electronic requirements.
- Basic understanding on operating any Manufacturing Exection System.
- PC skills, can properly make routing report with MS office tools.
- Basic knowledge of ISO9001.
- Understand the audit check list and perform product and process audit.
- Have good team work spirit.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate and report the issues to line leader/Supervisor/Technical Specialist/Quality Engineer clearly.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 1 year of electronic product manufacturing quality inspection experiences, or proper education background without any work experience, or show very potential positive trend for quality inspector working if without any work experience.

**EDUCATION**:

- Technical school or Diploma or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.

**OTHERS**:
