**Responsibilities**:

- To handle day to day purchasing matters and documents including Request For Proposals.
- Full spectrum of purchasing process including generating of PO, expediting and updating delivery and schedules.
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
- To check and verify prices for all invoices received from suppliers.
- Responsible to source for goods, and services, and negotiating for the best offer.
- Review existing pricing, goods quality and delivery for further improvement.
- Resolve goods and services issues between site and supplier.
- Track the status of any orders.
- Review deliveries against the orders.
- Maintain departmental filling system, reports and ISO related documents.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to the account department for payment.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in the Purchasing or Procurement activities, preferable in similar field or Business nature.
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
