In this fast-paced company, you will play a pivotal role in building efficient processes by developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement clear SOPs for key internal processes.
- Maintain and update SOPs regularly to reflect changes in technology, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Develop user-friendly templates for tasks, checklists, and reports within project management systems.
- Utilise project management software tools to plan projects with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an operations specialist or similar role in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with IT service desk software and ticketing systems.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to learn new tools.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
