1.Experience in handling administrative work, proper monitoring, paperwork related to product -related matters. 2. Perform administrative and office support. 3. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system 4. Data Entry 5. Sales and Marketing support 6. Maintaining the company social media accounts 7. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required 8. Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior Management 9. Follow up and monitoring of completed sales 10. Able to work independently, self motivated and able to handle customer enquiries 11. Assist to plan, develop, implement and oversee company operation and planning 12. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the MANAGEMENT from time to time
