Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **LEGO Production Costing Lead** to join our Project Delivery team. This role will be based at our Merlin Magic Making Malaysia office.

Are you ready to revolutionize LEGO model production? We're seeking a dynamic LEGO Production Costing Lead to develop and implement innovative cost analysis methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish global project budgets.

Your key objectives will include:

- Develop and implement cost analysis methodologies to optimize production budgets and cost-effectiveness in LEGO model production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish appropriate budgets for global projects.
- Implement a robust database system to track actual production hours and model statistics for future comparisons.
- Drive communication within the global LEGO production team to capture important insights on production budgets.

**About you...**
- Experience within MMM LEGO production (Build, Design, Tech, or Bricks)
- A genuine interest in creating accurate and realistic quotes.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, and basic understanding of database management software is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solver and a critical thinker
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
