**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic records and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
**Data Management & Record Keeping**
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
- Support data entry tasks and help ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.
**Office Coordination**
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; prepare purchase requests when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal staff to support daily operations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
**Support to Departments**
- Provide administrative assistance to HR, finance, or other departments as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and materials.
- Support the preparation of company reports and assist with event or project coordination.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Minimum **SPM / High School Diploma** or equivalent.
- Additional certification in Office Administration or related field is an advantage.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Excellent **attention to detail** and accuracy in work.
- Good **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Ability to **work independently** and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Professional, reliable, and cooperative team player.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
