**Requirements**:

- Able to work 6 days in a week: Monday to Saturday.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word etc).
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Normal communication skills
- Well organizational and multi-tasking abilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Perform general administrative task such as record keeping, filing and general tasks as assigned.
- To monitor and follow up for payment and process other payment related matters.
- Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed.
- Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Perform day to day administrative matter and clerical duties.
