Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing New Business: undertake market research & observation to identify new business opportunities, define and execute business plans and strategies to achieve penetration & revenue objectives.
- Responsible for driving business growth by developing new business and new ways to grow revenue of indentified channel type.
- To be responsible to initiate contacts, leads and managing appointments with potential clients.
- Bid Preparation: formulate, prepare and present proposals for new bids including strategic, business and deal structuring aspects and collaborate with the related teams to develop winning bids for targeted account.
- To renew contractual customer and provide support to the operation team (if any)
- To have monthly WIP meeting with key customer to align sales performance, discuss promotion plan and new product listing.
- Provide support to TMM in other related business development and trade activation activities

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in wholesaler, Independent Super and TT chain outlets
- Degree in Marketing/Business Management with at least 2 years relevant experience however those with relevant working experience with least qualification will also be considered.
- Good command of English and possess own transport.
- Fast learner and result driven personalities with high level of initiative, accountability and the passion to grow the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lumut: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
