Summary

As a First Mile Supervisor, you will be reporting to the region lead on a daily basis while performing day-to-day pick-up operations. You will start the day by coordinating pick up operations from service points by coordinating with the sellers, assigning riders & drivers to pick up the items according to location and timing and proceeding to inbound the items once it has been picked up. You will be responsible to monitor the order queue, produce hourly reports on productivity levels while keeping the pick up status in check and ensuring seller satisfaction is at top most priority. You will also be the PIC to manage seller complaints, check on item quality & quantity and address any problems that arise. To be a successful Fleet Supervisor, you will need to think on your feet and provide quick solutions during times of need.

**Job Description**:

- Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up order
- Assign pick-up locations according to timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimization at all times
- Perform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at warehouse
- Address seller complaints and perform analysis to identify root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measures
- Ensure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring productivity of drivers & riders
- Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
- Monitor and report KPI compliance
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inbound

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- Willing to work in different states within Malaysia
- Intermediate Excel and Google Spreadsheets literacy
- Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
- Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
