Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you **will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust**. **Scope of activities**: - Proactively leverage their expertise in the identification and research, of talent, creating market maps and talent pipelines partnering closely with our in-country business stakeholders / Human Resources / Recruiters to meet the current and future hiring needs of the organization. - Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. - Pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs. - Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end. - Internal database management using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Establish networks and referral sources in the segments that align to the business needs. **Qualifications**: - Sourcing experience, ideally in an internal or RPO environment with any business or HR related qualifications or equivalent - At least 2 - 4 years working experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Expert in leveraging innovative search techniques, advanced Boolean and range of search tools - Ability to work in a fast paced environment with experience handling high mandate volumes with demonstrated urgency - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and PowerPoint functions).
