**Summary**

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Segment Manager to join our growing team You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention of student users for Be U by Bank Islam. You will work closely with various internal and external partners to build and manage effective channels to reach the student segment.

Being in CDX, you will have the opportunity to experience different aspect of the division. One day you could be running user interviews to solicit customer’s intent and feedback based on their experience using our product, and on other days you could find yourself running events and roadshows to improve awareness, acquisition and retention.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy for the student segment, encompassing online and offline channels.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key partners in the education sector (e.g., universities, colleges, student organizations).
- Manage and execute targeted marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and generate interest among students.
- Develop and implement student acquisition initiatives, including lead generation, promotions, and referral programs.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the student experience is seamless and engaging.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the student banking sector and the Malaysian financial landscape.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Years of Experience
- 3-5 years in consumer-focused industry.

Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns (both online and offline approaches)
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian student segment and their banking needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to run user research activities is a plus
