RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle accounts transaction in either bookkeeping, partial or full set of account preparation.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
- Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-data.
- Arrange and manage payments in a timely manner by utilizing the payment terms.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting tasks.
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- _Able to start immediately._
- Computer literate
- Have experience using systems UBS will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Working: Monday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
