**Job Scope: HR & Finance Executive**
**A. Financial & Accounting Responsibilities**
1. **Bookkeeping & Transaction Management**
1.1. Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and transaction documentation.
1.2. Manage vendor and client invoicing, including **e-invoicing**, expense tracking, and monthly bank reconciliations.
2. **Payroll & Statutory Contributions**
2.1. Process **monthly payroll** and ensure accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, claims, and deductions.
2.2. Handle statutory contributions and filings (e.g., **EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF**).
3. **Budgeting & Financial Reporting**
3.1. Assist in preparing **budgets**, **forecasts**, and **monthly/quarterly management reports**.
3.2. Conduct variance analysis and monitor budget adherence.
4. **Audit & Compliance**
4.1. Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits.
4.2. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
5. **Full Set of Accounts & Tax Filing**
5.1. Handle the **full set of accounts** up to finalization.
5.2. Manage and file **SST** and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
**B. Human Resources Responsibilities**
1. **Recruitment & Onboarding**
1.1. Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
1.2. Manage onboarding processes for new hires (e.g., documentation, orientation).
2. **Employee Records & HR Administration**
2.1. Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
2.2. Manage HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and exit processes.
3. **Payroll & Benefits Administration**
3.1. Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
3.2. Administer employee benefits such as leave, claims, medical benefits, and statutory deductions.
4. **HR Policies & Compliance**
4.1. Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
4.2. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
5. **Employee Engagement & Welfare**
5.1. Support employee engagement initiatives and organize staff activities/events.
5.2. Address employee queries and support a positive working environment.
**C. General & Administrative Support**
1. Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
2. Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers as needed.
3. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
