**Jawatan: Production Assistant / Supervisor**

**Lokasi Kilang**: Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Selangor

**Latar Belakang** **Kilang**: Kilang Membuat PVC Vinyl Fabrics

**Objektif Jawatan**:
Merancang dan mengatur kerja di jabatan yang berkenaan.

Memastikan kualiti produk mematuhi spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.

Meningkatkan produktiviti di barisan pengeluaran.

Membina kemahiran untuk kakitangan bawahan dalam pengendalian pengeluaran.

**Skop Kerja**:
Memeriksa dan mengawal kualiti hasil kerja, stok, dan penggunaan bahan.

Menangani masalah teknikal dan menyelesaikan aduan.

Menghadiri mesyuarat berkaitan dengan pengeluaran, teknikal, kejuruteraan, dan kualiti.

Menghadiri latihan yang dianjurkan oleh Jabatan Sumber Manusia.

Menyediakan laporan harian dan bulanan untuk hasil pengeluaran serta jumlah produk yang ditolak.

Memberi kaunseling kepada kakitangan bawahan.

Mengurus pentadbiran jabatan.

Jika diperlukan, perlu mengendalikan forklift sendiri untuk tujuan penghantaran bahan untuk kegunaan jabatan sendiri.

Melatih kakitangan bawahan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran agar lebih cekap dalam melaksanakan tugas harian.

**Syarat Kelayakan**:
1. **Pendidikan**: Minimum kelulusan SPM, mampu membaca dan menulis dengan baik.

2. **Pengalaman**: Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam jawantan supervisor atau Foreman dalam industri berkaitan.

3. **Kesihatan**: Mempunyai tahap kesihatan fizikal yang baik.

4. **Pengangkutan**: Memiliki kenderaan sendiri.

**5. Pengetahuan** **Asas**: Pemahaman mengenai Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) dan konsep 5S.

6. **Perhatian Terhadap Perincian**: Ketelitian tinggi dan komitmen terhadap kualiti kerja.

7. **Pematuhan**: Keupayaan untuk mengikut arahan dan mematuhi prosedur keselamatan serta operasi.

8. **Fizikal** **dan** **Pantas**: Bersedia bekerja dalam persekitaran yang memerlukan ketahanan fizikal dan kecekapan kerja.

**Jenis Pekerjaan**:Sepenuh Masa, Tetap

**Gaji Pokok**: RM2,000.00 - RM 2,500.00 setiap bulan

**Faedah**:Tempat letak kereta percuma, Insurans kesihatan, Peluang kenaikan pangkat dan Overtime

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
