a) Develops and maintain new and existing customer database from, Interior Design companies, Aluminium works, Mosaic works and Housing Developer s. b) Make appointment with customers to promote company products and services and maintain a record of customer information in ‘Customer Visit Record’. c) Distribute stone samples and stone’s pricelist to customer and request acknowledgement of receipt. Record in ‘Customer Visit’ form. d) Review customer needs and requirements with MK Manager. e) Perform calculation on customer quotation and seek approval from MK Manager, prior to delivery to customer. f) Liaise with PD Exec/ PD Su, to visit customer’s premise to perform detail measurement, using ‘Measurement Detail’ form. g) Insert running ‘Job No’, on every new order in ‘Sales Order Checklist’ form. h) Conduct customer satisfaction survey in liaison with PD Exec/ PD Su, via Customer Satisfaction Survey form and perform analysis with MK Manager on the survey. i) Liaise with PD Exec/ PD Su, to rectify installation defects, when required. j) Hand deliver invoices and collect due payments from customer, k) Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS MANUFACTURERS, PRODUCERS, PROCESSORS, IMPORTERS, SELLERS, SUPPLIERS OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN ALL KINDS OF STONES AND TILES. TO ESTABLISH, INSTALL AND SET UP FACTORIES, STONE POLISHING AND CUTTING MACHINES FOR PURPOSES OF POLISHING, GLAZING, PROCESSING AND CUTTING SHAHABAD IN ALL KIND OF STONES, MARBLE, GRANITE AND OTHER KINDS OF FLOORING AND BUILDING MATERIALS USED FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS CONTRACTORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS OF ALL KINDS OF CONSTRUCTIONAL, STRUCTURAL, CIVIL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, SANITARY AND MARINE WORKS AND OF ALL OTHER KIND OF WORKS. TO CARRY ON ANY WHATSOEVER FORM OF BUSINESS, TRADE OR UNDERTAKING WHETHER AS PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, SUB-AGENTS OR CONSIGNEE AND TO DEAL IN ANY FORM OR PRODUCE, MATTER OR THING.
