**Account Payable - Trade**
- Process data entry invoices with Purchase Requester (if applicable)
- Schedule and prepare pay runs in accordance with standard company payment terms
- Prepare payment invoices and submit them for managerial approval
- Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process
- Perform regular reconciliations, including supplier statements, credit cards, and other relevant accounts
- Support the month-end closing process by providing necessary supporting documentation for journal entries
- Generate reports such as Aged Payables and other ad-hoc financial reports as required
- Assist with documentation and reporting requirements during the year-end closing and audit period
**Account Receivable**
- Manage monthly petty cash bookings for all outlet
- Process customer refund (if applicable)
- Reconcile payment collections from various channels such as cash, credit card, Foodpanda, etc
- Record monthly sales and provide updates to tenants (e.g., shopping mall management)
- Work with the billing system to generate accurate invoices
- Ensure timely posting of receipts into the accounting system
- Assist with financial documentation and reconciliation during the year-end closing and audit process
- **Requirement**_
- Proficient in general computer software, including Excel and accounting systems.
- Experience with Netsuite Oracle is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate, post, and manage financial records.
- Meticulous with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise tasks, multitask effectively, and work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to work at our office in Chow Kit (near Sultan Ismail LRT station).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
