As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will be at the forefront of business transformation, driving the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business solutions. You will play a critical role in defect triage, producing defect summary reports, and optionally contributing to quality analysis. Your experience and expertise will ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills and experiences
- You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
- You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively
- Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
- Experience in Business Requirements Gathering, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Systems Integration
- Previous experience in Banking, Retail Leads and Service Requests is a plus.

What you'll do
- Business Requirements Gathering: Lead the process of gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Functional Specification Documentation (FSD): Develop detailed Functional Specification Documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
- Quality Analysis: Contribute to quality analysis activities, ensuring that delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
- Defect Triage: Manage and prioritize defects, leading triage meetings to assess, categorize, and assign defects to the appropriate teams.
- Defect Summary Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive defect summary reports to stakeholders, providing insights into defect trends, root causes, and resolutions.
- Systems Integration: Ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into system specifications, facilitating the successful integration of multiple systems and interfaces.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance business processes and system efficiency.
