**OVERVIEW**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Deputy Chairman of Foreign Affairs.
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination.
- Prepare meeting notes, correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, admin, management) to support cross-functional tasks.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and records management.
- Support ground-level operations, including site visits, event preparation, and logístical arrangements.
- Conduct research and compile background information to support decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Company.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably including exposure to public affairs or government relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Willingness to travel for assignments when required
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Document and file management for official correspondence and reports
- Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
- Optional: Basic knowledge of media or communication tools for public affairs updates
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism and discretion
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
