**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, animate, and edit high-quality motion graphics for various projects, including promotional materials, social media content, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to develop and execute innovative visual solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and animation to enhance our creative output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input to elevate project concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition related to motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for creative content and knowledge of the Riot Creative brand is a plus.
