The primary working location is in Putrajaya, although meetings at the main office may require travel to Kuala Lumpur.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Calendar Management:

- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Strategise, plan and execute campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for various platforms.

On-Ground Shoots & Engagement:

- Coordinate and manage photoshoots, videoshoots and live sessions.
- Occasionally act as an on-camera talent when needed.

Social Media Advertising:

- Plan, execute and optimise paid ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for best results.

Reporting:

- Prepare detailed monthly and campaign-specific reports with performance insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Client Collaboration:

- Communicate regularly with the client to align expectations and gather feedback.
- Flexibility to attend meetings in the Kuala Lumpur office with the rest of the team as needed.

Trend Monitoring & Strategy:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance the client's online presence.
- Possesses a bachelor's degree
- Has experience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Malay and English
- Is a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Has the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Is comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
