Assistant HR Manager

**HUMAN CAPITAL**
- Provides overall leadership and guidance for the full spectrum of HR functions ie. Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, HR Management System, Training & HR Development, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Placement, Employee Relations, Administration, and etc.
- Preparing and authorizing of monthly staff payroll and statutory payments
- Monitoring and Preparing Group Insurance Plan
- Verification of staff leave management
- Liaison with Government regulatory bodies
- Liaison with **KDN, Immigration**, and other government bodies
- Monitoring the duties and activities of Human Resources staff
**PROCUREMENT**
- Oversee and responsible to analyze, negotiation and procure goods with suppliers / vendors from Malaysia / Indonesia
**ADMINISTRATION AND FACILITIES MAINTENANCE**
- Oversees the smooth running of day-to-day activities of the administrative functions including store management, maintenance work, cleanliness, safety and security measures are continually carried out satisfactorily as scheduled.
- Checking and verification of invoices/bills etc. for payment process
- **Oversee the requirement for company’s vehicles repair / maintenance, Insurance and Road Tax renewal and summons management.**:
- Organizing of **CSR activities**:
- Monitoring the duties and activities of all Admin and Facilities Maintenance staff
**OTHERS**
- **Oversee the recruitment of foreign workers**:
- Any other duties as and when directed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
