Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
- Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
- Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence, Green Belt (GB) and other project competition.
- Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
- Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
- Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
- Facilitate CI Workshops on the shop floor and developing the framework of the workshops.

Create CI program frameworks which covers 3 CI Pillars: CI Culture, CI Competency Building, CI Execution

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum degree holder in any field.
- Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven success story.
- Strong background in electronics/semiconductor/ manufacturing operation.
- Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
- Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
