What you will do
- Support procurement policies & standardization, process improvement and implementation
- Support procurement process transformation & change managemen
- Procurement process compliance and audit readiness
- Support Procurement New Hire onboarding training
- Manage XPand Procurement Learning Vault
- Organized Procurement Refresher Quarterly training
- Other ad-hod tasks as assigned

What you will need
- Proficient in SAP
- 5+ years of relevant**
- Team player; working together in (remote) multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Ability to collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and changes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with business partners.
- Company business language: fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Project skills: knowledge of project methodologies, analytical & problem-solving skills, decision maker, prioritization and managing deadlines.
