To conduct staff sessions for Staff Disciplinary Inquiry session and produce Report of Discussion for Management's infor/review Prepare business letters for internal memo to staffs and letters to government officials Provide training and guidance to meet performance standards Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues in a timely manner Maintain records on all plant operational activities Determine resource requirements, work allocation and production deadlines to achieve production goals Design and implement process and procedure for optimum plant operations and continuously improve to maximize productivity and minimize cost Schedule and supervise inspection, maintenance and servicing of equipment and machineries Ensure plant compliance to company policies and governing agencies requirements Ensure all certificates and licenses for operation are renewed and updated in a timely manner Optimize plant operation to meet quality and production standards Provide training and guidance to workers to meet performance standards Manage recruitment of employees to fulfil plant operations needs Ensure plant facility up-keep is maintained Maintain proper documentation of plant related activities Perform administrative duties for plant operation Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by HHOM Director/HR Manager
