Create purchase requests, obtain approval & submit them to purchasing department.
- Collect and secure approval for relocation and termination forms.
- Collect Chair Recruitment Evaluation Forms (RE) and Installation Application Forms (IAF) from Business Development (BD) team and obtain approval from top management for service plans.
- Collect, verify, and submit staff claims/ commissions to HR and Accounts departments.
- Collect pre-planning forms, appointment record forms and cover appointment record forms from the BD team and submit them to the manager.
- Arrange department meetings and record accurate minutes of meetings.
- Prepare infosheets and DuitNow stickers as requested.
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD), Senior Operations Manager (SOM) and Operation Managers (OM) with filing forms, returns and controlling documents according to the agreed procedures.
- Provide general support to the HOD in implementing programs and executing operational organizational objectives.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Administrator, Clerk, or Personal Assistant.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
