**Job Title**: Coordinator - C&S, IBS & Architecture
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Civil & Structural (C&S)**:
- Review and coordinate civil and structural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for design submissions, approvals, and compliance with local regulations (e.g., Bomba, JKR, local councils).
- Monitor structural works at site to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Identify and resolve any C&S-related site issues or discrepancies.
**2. Industrialised Building System (IBS)**:
- Coordinate with IBS suppliers and consultants for design, fabrication, and installation schedules.
- Ensure IBS components are integrated effectively into the overall project design and construction.
- Monitor IBS compliance with CIDB requirements and manage IBS scoring system.
- Ensure quality control of IBS components and timely delivery to site.
**3. Architecture**:
- Coordinate architectural design development and ensure integration with M&E and C&S services.
- Review architectural drawings for buildability, compliance with regulations, and consistency with project requirements.
- Assist in resolving site architectural issues, RFI responses, and site instructions.
- Ensure architectural finishes and materials comply with specifications and quality standards.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare and update progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Coordinate authority submissions and ensure timely approvals.
- Support project planning, tender evaluations, and value engineering processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building construction, with exposure to C&S, IBS, and architectural coordination.
**Skills**:
- Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural, and IBS systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and local authority requirements.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
