Provide Transportation services to hotel guest and Management team.
- Provide Shuttle Service to hotel guest according to route approved by the Hotel (Casa Del Rio)
- Welcoming, greeting and assisting guest during arrival (Check-in) and departure (Checkout)
- Handle guests’ requests, enquiries and complaints.
- Guest engagement at hotel lobby
- Provide hotel tour for Walk in guest or future potential business.
- Conduct room tour to all guest during deliver luggage to guest room (Rooming)
- Provide information on Malacca, hotel facilities, memorabilia and hotel events & promotions.
- Follow rules and regulation while driving according to Malaysia Authority Society (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalanraya & Police).
- Maintain cleanliness in your work area, Hotel Vehicle (Car / Van) and manage stock of supplies in your work area.
- Assisting guests for transportation booking from Hotel Meter Taxi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
