We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Product Regulatory Compliance Manager** to lead our global environmental and product compliance initiatives. This leadership role is critical to ensuring that our products meet international regulatory requirements and customer expectations. You will oversee compliance programs, manage supplier engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to integrate compliance strategies into product development and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Environmental Compliance**
- Ensure company-wide compliance with global environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, WEEE, WFD, PFAS, Prop 65, TSCA).
- Monitor and interpret evolving legislation and evaluate impacts on our products and operations.
- Represent us in industry associations, regulatory forums, and advocacy groups.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and sustainable design strategies.
- Partner with third-party providers to secure accurate documentation and compliance data.

**Responsible Minerals & Supply Chain Transparency**
- Oversee collection, validation, and submission of CMRT, EMRT, and AMRT templates.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Engage with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative) to align with best practices.
- Lead supplier training and education on responsible sourcing expectations.

**Global Trade & Risk Compliance**
- Provide guidance on and ensure compliance with UFLPA, OFAC regulations, tariffs, sanctions, and export controls.
- Work with legal and procurement teams to assess and mitigate global supply chain risks.
- Stay updated on geopolitical issues that impact compliance and sourcing.

**Leadership & Strategy**
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals.
- Set compliance strategy and align goals with corporate sustainability and business objectives.
- Partner across engineering, procurement, legal, and operations teams.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **7+ years of experience** in environmental compliance, product compliance, or responsible sourcing.
- Proven leadership experience managing compliance programs and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of global environmental regulations and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with RBA/RMI and responsible minerals reporting.
- Understanding of international trade compliance (UFLPA, OFAC, sanctions, tariffs).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (IEMA, LEED, CCEP, etc.).
- Industry experience in electronics, automotive, or manufacturing.
- Multilingual abilities or prior experience in global environments.

**Working Conditions**
- On-site with occasional travel or off-site meetings.
- Regular interaction with global internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility in hours may be required to meet international business needs.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM17,500.00 per month
