**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of business development, CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) registration, and MOF-related tasks. This role supports the company's growth by coordinating tender submissions, maintaining CIDB compliance, and managing the company’s MOF registrations and renewals. The role involves working closely with management to explore new business opportunities and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development Support**:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, including tenders, projects, and partnerships.
- Coordinate tender preparation, including gathering documentation, formatting submissions, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a database of potential clients, projects, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
**2. CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) Management**:
- Manage company’s CIDB registration, including renewals, upgrades, and compliance with CIDB requirements.
- Liaise with CIDB officials for any updates or changes in regulations and ensure the company meets all statutory obligations.
- Keep track of contractor grading and licenses, ensuring they are up-to-date for tender submissions.
- Handle all documentation related to CIDB, including payments, certificates, and correspondence.
**3. MOF (Ministry of Finance) Registration and Compliance**:
- Ensure the company maintains active MOF certification for participation in government projects.
- Handle documentation, including payment, certification, and approvals related to MOF.
- Liaise with MOF officials on updates, requirements, and any audit processes.
**4. Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain organized records of all licenses, certifications, contracts, and correspondence related to business development, CIDB, and MOF.
- Update and maintain project databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Assist management with any other administrative duties related to business development and compliance.
**5. Compliance and Regulatory Duties**:
- Ensure company compliance with all CIDB and MOF regulations.
- Prepare reports on registration status, upcoming renewals, and compliance activities.
- Keep the management team updated on any changes to CIDB or MOF policies that may affect the company’s operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
