**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to generate new prospects and leads to meet sales targets.
- Support all sales and marketing activities and events as planned by the company, including weekend and public holiday duties at the Sales Gallery, Show House, or during roadshows/exhibitions.
- Attend appointments with prospects, purchasers, bankers, valuers, and solicitors.
- Assist in organizing upcoming and existing project sales launches, documentation, marketing activities, and promotional materials.
- Conduct continuous research on market trends and update market studies.
- Follow up and coordinate sales-related transactions for all sold properties, liaising with end-financiers and finance on sales documentation and credit control.
- Assist in the handover of Vacant Possession units and provide after-sales service.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
