Monitor overall operation of RMU, CSU, and FP testing activity, including high voltage operation at 11 kV.
- Accompany the Site service team when necessary
- To ensure the product quality must be according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Verify RMU/CSU/FP product routine testing activities.
- Plan and arrange product inspection (PI/FAT) with the customer.
- Monitor the testing equipment availability and related documentation.
- Perform site inspections (when necessary).
- Conduct transformer PI at the supplier factory.
- Ensure the issuance of a Certificate of Quality for the customer.
- Ensure inspection and testing procedures are carried out according to customer and international standard requirements.
- Verify testing records, reports, and documentation (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Lead, motivate, and provide internal training for testing staff.
- Responsible for all quality and final testing results for all RMU/CSU/FP models.
- Create quality awareness and promote a positive work culture/attitude.
- Ensure all quality records are updated and documented, and keep in filling accordingly.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meets target.
- Monitor and ensure 5S activities are carried out and followed at all times.
- Ensure the competency certificate is valid for point of use.
- Approve documentation when necessary.
- Other job tasks are being assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
