**Company Background**:
**Electrical MNC** that who is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation in Homes, Buildings, Data Centres, Infrastructure and Industries.
- This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of inhouse payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free.
- Be part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for more than 10 countries, reporting to the Regional Leader, Payroll & Data Management.
- To process inhouse payroll using a payroll system for Philippines / Australia and New Zealand.
- Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations.
- Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits.
- Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports.
- Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents, etc.)
- Maintain data updates in HR information systems.
- Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation.
- Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training.
- Opportunity to take up more than 1 country.

**Job Requirement**
- Having at least 2 years of payroll experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduate with Payroll internship experience is welcome to apply.
- Familiar with Philippine or Australia / New Zealand statutory regulations and income tax policies is a plus.
- Independent, meticulous, time-conscious and organized.

**Benefits **:Leaves, Fixed Allowance, Bonus, etc

**Working Hours **:Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm (Hybrid working arrangement)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
