**Indoor Sales Admin**
**Requirement**:
- Preferably fluent in Chinese as most customers are Chinese-speaking.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Indoor Sales Admin. Experience and knowledge of plants or soil are advantages.
- Strong team player with a high level of dedication.
- Certification in Sales, Marketing or a related field is an added advantage.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Develop and pursue new sales or market opportunities
- Issue sales transaction invoices and ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records regularly.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Monitor sales targets and report any deviations.
- Stay updated on new products and features.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the superior.
**Benefit**:
- Working hour 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Entitle for commission
- Yearly bonus and salary increment.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
