**Your Contribution**:

- Organize, implement and maintain coating production process flow.
- Prepare skill matrix of the coating team and monitor the skill improvement.
- Train all coating Operators and technicians to run all coating machines and processes.
- Update the daily machine and labor utilizations in SAP.
- Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
- Investigate technical and process related problems affecting production.
- To drive the team towards meeting and maintaining all key KPIs like output, yield and utilization.

**Your Profile**:

- Diploma in Engineering or related experience for more than 5 years.
- Min 5 years working experience in optical coating or other coating processes.
- Equipped with all the process engineer skillsets like SPC, MSA, FMEA.
- Knowledge of optical metrology measurement.
- Knowledge in operating coating machines.
- Able to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- People management skills.
