We’re looking for a **Client Success Manager** who will take full ownership of building strong client relationships, leading engagement initiatives, and ensuring every client experience with us is exceptional.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Design and drive client engagement strategies — from strategic networking events to exclusive client experiences.
- Partner with the Marketing Team to develop impactful campaigns and content that strengthen our client community.
- Oversee sourcing and coordination of venues, speakers, and collaborations for high-quality client events.
- Represent AZEO with professionalism and confidence at industry gatherings, events, and client functions.
- Analyse client feedback and take proactive action with internal teams to continuously enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven track record** of managing client relationships, events, or community engagement.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Highly organised, resourceful, and able to take ownership of multiple projects.
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into meaningful client experiences.
