**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HSE specialist and managerial support across the Country to prevent fatalities, injuries, disease and ill health.
- Influence organisational change to drive a positive HSE culture and achieve objectives and targets.
- Supporting the business to implement the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System
- Inspires individuals and the team to take ownership for delivering against business goals;
- Motivates and monitors performance so team deliver outstanding and sustainable results that support business priorities
- Oversee, lead and manage site involvement in the HSE governance processes including HSE audits, incident management activities and reviews for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge in HSE with 5 years+ experience in HSE leadership role.
- Good leadership quality and confidence.
- Certified or qualified safety practitioner under the local regulatory.
- Working experiences in supply chain with leadership capability of warehousing, road transport, chain of responsibility and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of HSE best practices, legislation, industry standards and management system standards (e.g. ISO45001 & ISO14001).
- Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders.
