**Job Summary**

**Location of Projects**: Primarily outside Kuala Lumpur (Kelantan, Pahang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee construction projects focusing on roadworks, flood mitigation, and other infrastructure works.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.
- Monitor on-site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Manage procurement processes for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and project specifications.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing construction projects, particularly in roadworks, flood mitigation, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Possession of IR (Professional Engineer) or TS (Technologist Specialist) certification is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel and work on projects outside of Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
